It’s lag. The event servers are pretty choppy.
On second thought, don’t fix it, the stuck bots give me the margin to make more than 9000 points in a single game… well, in this one… I went a bit overboard.

No need to have a hissy fit over it, tracks are far less effective than actual armour plate, however against the likes of ATR’s, that added armour still has an effect, which makes sense, it wont stop Bazookas or det packs, but it will at least have a chance to stop an anti material rifle type weapon.
This is already modelled into the damage engine, in fact different armour types are already in game as well, with some liberties given, so we dont actually have the irl metallurgical issues that each nation had, but there is a marketable difference between RHA, Construction Steel and Tracks.

I have weird stability issues, where the first match each day blue screens my PC, but not again after that, except if I try to rejoin that match which sucks major balls.
But no significant lag anyway.

This is the only good news ive heard in awhile
I had a match with so bad lag that I couldn’t mark a tank in 5 attempts. Marked it with explosives at the end. 
(Could be a different issue as well because I never experienced it before.)
But not getting hit marks and opponent just winces, and kills me a sec later happens regularly.
Also my tank lagged backwards 3-4 meters while moving forward.
When servers will be fixed? I hate losing all of my squads in heat of battle because it decides to stutter when I have to do anything

Because lee enfield shoot while aimed with 10 rd is OP and having carcano would be an absolute joke.
Ironic you mention as to me the mannlicher is the only thing making this event playable with its ROF

Your not wrong, however I think an asymmetric balance could be nice, where the Italians get more SMGs of the M38 variety (Why are they using the OVP or M1918 at all), but at the cost of worse rifles.
