A “turning point” is not necessary a specific battle, it could be also a war declaration.
Stalingrad is a battle where you can pin point the retreat of the germans in europe.
The turning point could be also the declaration of war of Germany against Russia as they cancel the non agression treaty. That’s why we have moscow.
D day, the first impactfull victory of the ally on the western front. We got Normandy.
No point to add the aerial combat of London even if it’s one of the turning point too. London would have fallen, everything would be lost for allies in Europe.
Dunkerque is a turning point as it the first big step as the lost of France. One of the superpower of the early WWII. It precipitate the conflict into a dimension where Germany can rule all Europe.
India where the japanese were finally stop in the conquest of Asia. But it’s not a very famous event around here.
Manchouria invasion. The WWII can not be a world war without a conflict in asia. Chiba VS japan is also a turning point giving the first W in WWII. And if you want to target the big chinese market, a game have to deal with chinese history. (It is dangerous tho since the game can be censure for thr exact same reason (“wrong depiction of the war in china writen by russian game studio…” or something like this).
And finally the attack of pearl harbor, that declare the war between USA (that was neutral or a least passive until then) and japan. It’s one of the most famous conflict of WWII.
My guess is the Japanese USA conflict.
Because my knowledge of Avatar is the turning point. And history repeat itself.
Recently in War Thunder, decorations " PIAT " and " m1919a6 " have appeared in the files. These, as w/ many other WT decorators, are near identical to their player-usable counterparts here in Enlisted. And the appearance of such weapons/decorations in one of the games can indicate its imminent appearance as a decoration/weapon in the other (as w/ the Maxim 's machinegun)
Added alongside the above two was something new: the " SG-43 "
I believe it may soon come to the Berlin campaign as an engineer-built structure, in a similar fashion to the Maxim 's gun on Stalingrad.
