Drip check (any nation)

Maybe your background/hangar makes it look better…? In my game they just look awful.

I don’t think it’s that bad.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think I can figure out what’s wrong with them at all.

The turtle helmet should also come with webbing option. It doesn’t fit with any normal british clothes due to the weird colour. Only exception was the BSA welguns pacific jacket

This is the issue for me.

Colour variations would be better appreciated, we could get a green Mk II as well, but really I want a Mk III that fits with all other British cosmetics, the current one clashes too much IMO…

I guess I just don’t like this thing in this color. Maybe it’s a matter of taste.

well, for being only available in winter campaigns, i agree.

too bright to be there.
as would be more fitting in berlin, or normandy.

but… don’t have many other options…

this one would have been a far suitable choice

Oh my God! Why isn’t THIS available for customization for regular soldiers? Don’t free troops deserve clothing that does NOT look ugly?

And why is this thing only available to tankers?

What’s wrong with the developers? Are they making fun of us?

Same with the Zeltbahn, However, there is a darker version in the editor, looks a lot more realistic…

Does fancy fur hat and white MP-40 on a matching winter Eastern Front map count as ultra drip?

It’s an old Battle pass reward.

Yeah it was a BP reward in early 2024 I think

damn, I wish I played old enlisted, back when this game was actually somewhat historical…

It wasn’t that fun really. One team was always steamrolling the other, 60% of players were bots, having to grind mp 40 and mg 34 5 times was not fun and veterans with maxed out assault rifles and heavy tanks were sealclubbing players who just downloaded the game.

For the most part, old Stalingrad was pretty good. That’s what got me hooked to this game. That and Moscow. It had a vibe. Seeing a T-34 or a KV-1 was actually scary hearing the engine growl, along with the burst of a PPSH-41 in the distance. Here I was larping as a hungry soldier in the cold with just a Kar98 and a TNT pack. Early in the game they had a clear vision, they tried for the most part, I’ll give them that.

Early Tunisia also had it’s charm. But yeah, it was a wild zone. Mind you, I still grinded out Axis Tunisia like a masochist.

The first few weeks of every new campaign were Golden in terms of immersion and balance.

Moscow launches and you see BT-7, T-26, Pz II and Pz III driving around - none of that Puma (1944), sandy Italian tanks or Fedorov 1912 bullshit.

Berlin launches and you see Germans with Volkssturm weapons, Soviets with PPS 43, T-34-85 is the weakest tank you can meet - and none of that T-28, AS, RPD, Su-9 (1946) or biplanes over Reichstag bullshit.

Balance was okay during the first few weeks as well because grind was much, much slower and not many people got the stronger equipment fast. Everyone was more or less equally equipped.

Granted, as others have correctly stated above, when those players did finally manage to unlock the most powerful stuff, they had no incentive not to abuse it, or to go play another faction/campaign often, which lead to the infamous “Stuart vs Panther on the hill” Normandy meme.

Moreover, it also didn’t help that the Devs decided that every newly added level should not just expand the range of weaponry available, but shall bring more and more powerful stuff.

Thus began the power creep and “mirroring with fakes” plague.

Soviets receive Fedorov in Moscow? Germans must pull MKB out of their ass.
Germans get STG in Berlin? Soviets must get their never used AS too, or else the universe collapses, I guess.

Which I think only lead to more imbalance between campaigns and factions instead.

In the early days of Moscow the strongest stuff you could have was T-28 and PPD which were powerful but still manageable.

But after the fakes race, many of those who reached T-34, PPSh-41, SVT and Fedorov, were holding the Moscow campaign hostage, gatekeeping any poor soul who dared to start the German grind with K98k, MP 28 and Pz II, thus leading to dead factions in certain campaigns.

TLDR: power creep, fakes race and playerbase splitting caused campaign problems, not “history bad”.
