I mean if I take some people and start to connect in a streamer games by his stream - I didn’t broke any rules and aint got a punsig for that, right?

i do it all the time, nothing has happened.
i guess it depends on WHO you streamsnipe, some people like Paradivision will report you for being a cheater and other GOOD youtubers will praise you i guess

4. UNSPORTING CONDUCT
Playing our Game(s) means playing fairly. The following behaviors are considered unsporting conduct and are strictly prohibited under Section 2 of the Game Rules.

Inactive Gameplay and Deliberate Losing. Deliberately remaining inactive during a match (i.e., being “AFK”) or taking actions that lead to a loss, such as wandering around the map without completing objectives or avoiding engagement with opponents.
Fair Play Violations. Any other behavior that violates the spirit of fair play.
I don’t see a word about streamsniping at https://legal.gaijin.net/, that means it is allowed

i dont see streamsniping…
here… but it also depends on what you exactly do in the game. if you are just joining game to play with streamer, then it is ok. if you are actively using his stream to gain unfair advantage it is cheating.

you do sync drop. when streamer presses start, you also press start and there is high chance of you getting into match with/against streamer if your squads are BR appropriate. btw this is something clans abuse so they have 2-3 squads in same team.

As mentioned earlier, streamsniping can be considered a breach of the following:
Fair Play Violations . Any other behavior that violates the spirit of fair play.
