Four factions, about 13 companies in total, Germany has six: Moscow, Stalingrad/Rzhev, Berlin, Tunis, Ardennes, Normandy. And you’re randomly given stinking underwear. This is unacceptable! Casinos have historically been a scam for the lower classes. Introducing them into the game indicates either that the developers are desperate or that they don’t respect their players!
A casino for gold is a slap in the face to all the veterans who’ve supported the project for years! I can partially accept the casino mechanics, but give us a choice of clothing! And remove that damn scam silver box. Players need a guarantee and choice! Respect us!!! Our loyalty isn’t crap! We’re not suckers!
It’s absolutely revolting how shamelessly greedy these people are. A single pull costs 299 gold, and you only get random items in return. If the devs genuinely wanted players to spend money on them, they should first polish the gameplay experience so players of all spending tiers feel satisfied before rolling out these pay-to-open loot boxes. Instead, they leave every player dissatisfied yet still expect us to shell out cash—utterly ridiculous.
Guys, don’t make a mountain out of a molehill. I’d much rather see them make some extra money from loot boxes containing cosmetic items than keep introducing overpowered premium squads with every quarterly patch.
It seems that War Thunder on the neighboring platform also sells loot boxes that can only be purchased with premium currency, but at least they offer a guaranteed selection option after eight purchases, plus the boxes can be listed on the marketplace to be resold for Gaijin Coins.
Our loot boxes have no such guarantee system at all. Only China enforces mandatory pity mechanics through legislation. To make matters worse, there is a 15% chance of drawing ordinary silver coins that are easy to earn in-game after spending real money on these boxes.
