AI is difficult to keep up with the player’s pace, and generally does not choose to climb when facing obstacles, so they are often exposed in some open places. In addition, they lack functionality. If the engineer AI is allowed to build buildings in designated locations, that would be a huge improvement.
What they did was just removing from the game instead of adding to it. Custom games is already dead so what they have done with these updates is basically just removing lone fighters without adding anything new. I enjoyed the hardcore squad mode while it lasted but they should just add that and add back lone fighters to regular matchmaking. Updates should add something to the game, not take away from it.
Well, at least add this first.
We need to finish custom matches, and later do PvE when the AI is smarter.
