Dev is pretty much gave up on Pacific balance

-Playerbase fault because they can’t have any discipline to try both sides out but stick to the stronger one ALWAYS because small brain is attracted to easy kills and easy wins because they’re probably call of duty players.

Meh, this is also devs fault:

  1. Game is designed as linear-grind progression, meaning that switching between sides is just progression speed -50%. You are increntivized to stick to a side.

  2. Pacific axis has less content duplication. Of course every player who has played normandy and tunisia will choose axis. I want to try out Japanese stuff and not unlock the same duplicate content again. Therefore I’d assume that a lot of experienced players are on / started with axis (i did) - which is fundamentally related to the content and design of the game.

People were stacking on allies with copy paste weapons so that wasn’t it

Yes it’s part of the reason why players switch to winning side. But it’s just a normal part of online gaming, every mmo with open world pvp eventually have servers dominated 99% by either side. One fix could be to reward battle heroes on the losing team equal to the battle heroes on the winning side. Then it doesn’t matter if you win or lose and you will compete for battle hero reward instead.

Were they? I only played a couple allies matches, and axis has been curbstomping pretty much the whole time in pacific from my personal experience.

To be fair, Japenese stuff is mostly renamed ZH and MP28 (at best the MP28 has different calibre).

Stalingrad is pretty balanced except op Soviet tanks (want to kill every time with no effort? then buy DickerMax = p2w), rifles and smgs are better on Axis side (sniper mkb42(h) is just insane).
About Pacific yeah EU/EEU is horrible for Allies but NA is not that much better i have played few games there and Allies tryhard a lot and still fail. I’m only playing both sides because i have pass and want to lvl up both sides (plus 4 star to 5star and transferring US weapons to Normandy is pretty neat), Jap has huge advantage with op AT rifle, large mag smgs, cool rifles and scoped lmgs, f2p tanks sucks but Ka-Chi and Chi-ha are better than murrican equivalent (that’s p2w at it’s finest) plus it’s a new fresh faction so people will be playing them more often than not.

But players stacked Allies first, not Japan.

Also i was talking about Stalingrad when it was added, idk how it is in campaign now, as i dont really play it.

That goes to the Axis side as well.

Without it you think the spam waves of M13’s will end? With proper placement and experience, a M13 can wipe a whole lot of waves if hull down and constantly moving. Also having a good gun like the browning earlier on compared to the type 11 is hands down better plus a stuart, I’d say compared to the cool axis rifles, I will take the latter since unlocking them early with good performance plus experience is less of an headache; as the axis got an oddly weird recoil pattern for the type 11 and the type 97 with a fair bit of it, but not that much and the Browning is more manageable with good firerate even in cqc or medium ranges very deadly.

Rifles are good but the scoped lmg is just in the grey zone of ‘alright’ the deviation on it even if burst fire is just hideous, but great if tapping heads; still in the middle of being great and being god-awful though. Only decent one being is the Type 96 which is alllll the way back of the cam-pain.

Good luck using the Ka-Chi without MG and the the sheer size of it is already hard to traverse through terrains. And when the enemies are already on your tank you cant shoot them at all due to the height it has. Also just shooting the top of the commander port can kill it easily, so no it’s not P2W. As for the Chi-ha, it’s just an equivalent of the Stuart if not just below it. It can finally withstand the awful state of the rest of the Japanese tanks that can easily be penetrated by the M13 waves, and not to mention it has an MG but can’t be accessed by the gunner, so if commander or mg gunner is dead it’s rendered useless.

Additionally, the Ka-Chi is also awful when reversing (even if you can view the back with the commander port.) the slow reverse speed will most likely kill you if one of the capture points gets capped, you’re dead at that point with fast moving infantry rushing you cause you don’t have mg ports to deal with them, and the sheer size of it blocks the view of your allies so they can’t help you if an enemy is just at the other side planting an explosive charge already.

All-in-all, the Japanese can stomp the allies easily and vice versa. It really depends on the time for me, but any good players on each side really matters. I’d say the pacific is the most balanced campaign than the rest, but that’s just my opinion and view. Heck, I was on a losing streak last night as axis. :face_holding_back_tears:

M13 is overnerfed to a point where its barely useful against inf and acts like a SA sniper against inf.

Still better than the smol Ta-Se which is easier to take out

bro, I now feel bad for killing all those noobs in Ta-Se with their crew’s heads sticking out.

Whenever I see a Ta-Se in their natural habitat, I always find them having a parasite on its top throwing a fire ball inside… such poor creatures  so whenever I see one roll out with its loud engine, I just pray for them to last more than a minute… The things they do is incomprehensible, many respect for their tolerance and willingness to live. o7
