Construction hammer for paratroopers when spawning on the ground

I suggest adding one construction hammer for the first number of the paratrooper squad when the squad spawns on the ground.

Since they do not get a secondary gun with full ammo, id say they need at least a big ammo pouch too when spawned on the ground!

IMO paratrooper should have the ability to start with load out when spawning on the ground.
