Well for me yes. From close range you can have some luck to pen Pz IV H turret and kill crew. On Panther A if your are lucky to kill it from side will be enough.
at 5th try one of the noobies figure out you need to shoot at my turret, took out one of my crew member before i one shotted him.
no one of them know where to shoot, it was sad and hilarious atthe same time.
