If they do add a new faction that would probably happen in 3 year or something since Japan got add like what a year or almost 2 year ago?
Darkflow keep steady their pace of two war theatre every year alongside smaller new locations for older one, so the day a new war theatre who historically feature a non implemented faction who was the main faction during that battle, it would be a lot probable see that faction added in the TT of one of the big 4, as already happened for Italy and UK

Just overlap the Chinese part with soviet, and thailand part with japan tree (Japanese arsenal atleast can get a great expansion by doing that)
