I just tried it out, and it shoots nice. However, I noticed the specs say it reloads in 2.8 seconds. Now, I’m old, don’t see to well, don’t count well and I’m pretty terrible in math, however I could swear I counted about seven seconds to reload . If the 2.8 seconds is accurate, then the test gun obviously must be defective.
Maybe someone has brought this up before, however I don’t read all the forum topics so maybe I missed something.
No you are right this is definitly a mistake. The 2.8s are not accurate at all and the actual reload is much longer.
Good, then I am not totally losing my mind.
Actually:
I was told in the RU forum that the developers would consider this method of recharging
I picked it up in the event and yeah, I thought I was going to die reloading it. But, I actually didn’t! I died when it was firing in Semi-Auto as the default mode, meanwhile I thought it was gonna be Full-Auto…
So it will go to BR5.
Just reminds me of the Turner Rifle. Doesnt matter how hard it hits or how nice it feels…the reload time just gets you into too much trouble. (because Enlisted reload times are jacked on so many weapons)
Enjoy for one clip then swap to seconday type of gun.
personally this has always been my opinion of how the federov should have been loaded
Your bad.
I think 2.8 is like, the minimum time for 1 charge
That’s kinda lame. Also, crazy assumption to think I read!
2.8 sec is 1 5rd clip. About 8-9 seconds for full 25rds.
I think its fine to keep the information as is since you CAN INTERRUPT the stripper reload. Aka load 10 rounds and give it a go.
Rifle itself is REALLY GOOD to me. Again its a good balance of very slow reload speed, but ability to interrupt slow reload is nice to have.
Yeah, I like the rifle, just not a big fan of the actual reload time.
Yeah its Federov power level at BR4. It needs a drawback to be there. A optionally slow reload I think is a very nifty idea.
same for Trench Gewehr 98k - it also says just a few seconds for a reload, but it also has 25 rounds and loads 5 round clips.
the reload speed says how long each clip takes.
