Cannot buy the 3000 coins bundle just because I bought 2 of the teams in the bundle

I just do not understand why the criteria for player eligibility to buy is so strange. Are they trying to encourage everyone not to buy golden teams? Because if you buy now, you will miss the discount later. So if you’re only going to buy one or two teams, don’t buy it at all. Wait for the discount bundle.
