I would like to just take more ap shells.
I tested them out for both German and Russian and they have no real function over the ap.
The splinter distance is so short and so slight that it can’t actually hurt a person in game and really only work on aircraft. They have to hit a person directly to kill them which is the same as the ap shell so better just have more of those for tanks.
Either give them a couple of meters of splinter range or dump them.
