I have 20+ Bronze orders from scrapping guns that the game doesn’t recognize, and at the moment it says I need 12 orders to upgrade but I have over 20.
It means the upgrade cost 32.
It only says how many you’re lacking… bronze weapons costs are really bad: they never updated bronze income after they switched the way to obtain weaponry.

LOL yes the message is confusing…it means you need 12 orders MORE than you have now.
