Segregating tier 5-6 might also be a good idea,

Before doing so, battle rating must be fair. By that I mean it should be based on STATS and relative strengths/weaknesses only. No arbitrary placing to nerf/buff factions. So, again, mp40 should be same br as pps43, Sherman 76 should definitely not be higher rating than panther… etc.
