At BR3 you get the SA rifles, smg’s with decent dispersion.
Tanks in most cases are more than capable to compete with higher BR big cats being bit of exception but no worries you got the planes.
Also the MG’s ar BR3 starts to be rather viable option sure not exactly meta but about 100 ? times better than what you get at BR2.
While at BR2 you have absolute trash SA’s exception being stalinium SA obviously.
And smg’s that has about ~20-30% more dispersion.
Tanks that have hard time in theyr own BR.
LMG’s that are more of a joke.
So id say its fair to say since according to you BR2 aint “new players” we can consider BR3 already a seasoned if not even a pro players.
So regardless the equipment is inferior, sounds like skill issue in your end if you cant compete.
no br3 tanks are not good enough to fight panthers tiger 1 and 2’s
a stock sherman with a 75mm is not a match for a tiger 1 much less a tiger 2 both with an 88mm
thats the point i am at a disadvantage with br3 gear if a br4 5 player is as good as me i have to be better just to compete thats not a skill issue thats a reality issue

a select fire can fire auto and semi auto hits just as hard and as or near as accurate with twice the magazine size where is there room for skill
skill issue is when
a you have the same gear
or b gear has different advantages and disadvantages that balance gear out br4 5 gear is just better than br3

Obviously much more seasoned BR3 veterans shouldnt have any problem facing these enemies.
And you have advantage against BR2 which clearly is the reason why you are so much against locking BR1-2.
Again free players don’t use planes, det packs only work in the gray zone for gurelia s, br3:tanks bounce off the front of tiger tanks while I have been killed multiple times by br2 tank guns. Bazookas are not good enough and the German bazookas is br4
Again not opposed to separating br3 and br2 I am opposed to letting br1 and 2 having the game to themselves.
Br1 and br 2 should fight each other
Br3 and four fight each other
And br5 can fight itself
That way we go from four to three qs

If br 2 is a noob br then there is no issue in br 1 and br 2 fighting each other
How come ? If BR2 is already good enough to face KV1 thats technically a same situation as BR3 tank VS br5 how come the more advanced and clearly more seasoned players cant deal with BR5 ?
Takes quite alot of skill issue and serious attempting to die with br3 tanks to BR2.
