I just opened up the source material based around that skin. I have never read it. It’s literally first 5 pages of the manga. I was as surprised as you were.

I had the misfortune to Google up what that (the anime) is. 10yrs old girls in panties with weird propellers for legs, animal ears (because…) and heavy weaponry a 10 yrs old girl can of course lift…

I don’t mind the number staying there to be honest because it only stands out to people who knew of the previously existing anime plane, and it’s not unrealistic for a plane to have that number.
It also feels like it’s a part of Enlisted’s community as you had to be there to see it, so only those In the know will remember.
