I like to play with People Who have this gun (with flag) and take one After hé falls down.

In my book, firerate is the most important stat for a bolt action rifle, shortly followed by reload speed.
So Lee Enfields are great, VG too, obviously Mannlicher for potentially having more DPS than early semi autos, short Carcano Sniper rifle for reloading with a clip even if not complete empty - same goes for the Stalingrad legacy Mannlicher.
Easy, its the type 38 rifle (not carbine). Its one of the best bolt actions in the whole game and definitely for BR1. Its the only bolt action in the whole game that deserves to be BR2 but isnt which is an impressive feat.
