Berlin needs to be balanced

some of them, are too good, like ppds, berettas, and others, not so much. ( mp40, sten gun ).

like, not only in berlin, but in the whole game.

But why should all Smgs perform the same? For every kind of things in the world you get something better than others.

i never said that they have to perform equally?.

not just utterly better or " weird ".

i am no fire expert, but the mp40 that we get in real life does not act anything like that.

or the MAB 30.

where it’s just a lazer weapon.

So you propose to nerf Mp40 or?

no, adjust the majority of weapons.

but, i’m not sure ain’t gonna happen any time soon.

recently, i played others game ww2 and non, to somewhat get a different feelings.

as example, don’t know if you tried them, but DOI, RO2, Insurgency sandstorm, and from a very distant point of view, also company of heroes, call to arms gates of hell & MOW.

they all have different recoil patterns, different feelings, weight and punches. but to a point where it’s similar to the real life counter part.

the problem that i have with enlisted, is/are upgrades.
sometimes makes the weapons change entirely, which does not make any sense at all.

to take as example, the mp40.

at the third upgrade, it literally becomes an mgs. ( and no, not only the mp40 for that regard).

w-why?. upgrading weapons that becomes overperfom more than the actual weapons that should represent?
perhaps i’m not a huge fan of it.

don’t get me wrong, i’m not against upgrades. because after all we are talking about a free to play, and i get it. i can get along fine. but not at this " level ".

everymatch feels like cod where smgs fully upgraded feels like aks, mp5s, or other weapons that should be to the very least good and accurate, but they are not.
other that despite being " wrong " for a game that proclaims to be realistic. feels like cod.

and i don’t have anything against cod, i used to play it when it was out. and it was fun. but for enlisted, i prefered having a different experience.

i don’t know.
just a thought.

The main problem is that the German army has too much AI, because Germany was weak compared to the Soviet Union in the early period

Unless germans get buffed, expect most of the german players in Berlin to be AI.

They still are, let’s be frank. And I say this as a Soviet main.
On most maps Soviets need to be ok-ish to win, while the Axis need to be more than decent to even have a shot.
It is not uncommon to see two-three Soviet players carry the whole team, and they win. Doesn’t really work like that with Germans, though: I often see 4-5 guys on their team who have kills, vehicle kills, objective attack kills, engineer points, and yet they still lose.
There really is a balance issue in Berlin. It’s not as bad now as it was before, but it is very much still there.

Enlisted gives you a completely different experience of interacting with the game, due to its mechanics with bots.

A good player who understands the goals of the match will always be top 1-3, because the game cheats by throwing AI allies and AI opponents into the match.

It’s very easy for you to believe in your exclusivity, but the lack of a matchmaker throws up the real fuel in the fire: you can get into a match with complete noobs, or with the ePro-league, and this completely devalues any feedback regarding the balance of weapons or vehicles.

Such a number of random variables leads to the fact that an indie company with little experience is simply unable to adequately assess the points of contact of the balance, so as not to fall into the damned circle of rebalancing, as was the case with Reto.Moto.

For sure the germans have a though time in berlin! Just cause YOU win alot as germans doesnt reflect the rest of the playerbase. When I play battle for berlin, I gotta SWEAT like crazy, when I play russians its like, push, watch most of attackers camp off point, win.

EASY!

fully agree with you. same win rates here, around 50% befor , 80/90% now.

This is just my experience but I end up having more wins with the Germans than the Russians, however, I have probably not played near as much as you guys.
I think that playing the defender almost always feel far more hectic and tense than playing the attacker.
One thing that I would like to point out is that not every Russian soldier is an assaulter with a drum mag PPD or PPSH. The PPD and PPSH would take a very long time to unlock for a casual free to play player, so until then, their assaulters are using the PPS.
