I still belive that yeah game could have Alot more players. I give that.
But I still can’t understand why one take a few experiences and state that the game is dead or there is no players.
Matchmaker can’t place you on a ongoing 10v10 match
Matches can take hours to finish (every point can add extra 25 min)
You can’t know for sure how many players are just changing gear, waiting for a friend or just messing in the lobby
You cant know how many players are already on a match
You, we can’t join a match or form a huge group if matchmaker takes 0 to 30 seconds to create a game.
Maybe I got lucky
Maybe you are unlucky that there is no one in that 30 seconds searching for a match.
Untill players realise matchmaker is, and always was broken. You can’t know (besides actual data from them) the number of active players at any given time.
Some even state the game have less than 300 players lmao. Even tho they will find humans literally every match playing with planes, vehicles or building spawns.
But yeah…
And even if it’s 19 bots as some state and you are the only player, is it still too hard for you?
I take this assumptions with a grain of salt, the same players that state the game is dead, are the ones that state that every match they spam tigers fg42s, premiums over and over against them, even tho, game have no humans.

Honestly I enjoy Enlisted because it’s a casual game. I don’t care about winrates or K/D or grinding, I play to have fun. Sure the game’s not perfect, but I have tons of fun, I wouldn’t play it if I didn’t enjoy it. When I get bored/am not enjoying myself, I turn it off and go do something else with my life.
I seriously don’t understand how so many players on the forum get so butthurt about a video game… it’s literally just a game. If you don’t enjoy the game, just don’t play it, no one’s forcing you lmao.
I also always see people comparing Enlisted to games like HLL or Post Scriptum. It’s like dude, just go play those game’s instead if you prefer them. No one’s forcing you to play enlisted or not allowing you to play other games.
Hell let loose is such an amazing game, more real, compleated, a single purchase and can have everything etc etc, comparing to enlisted In their opinion and they still play enlisted more…
Personally, I don’t like hll performance, game play, and I suck in it.
Exactly bro. Those are all great games, and I used to love ultra realistic simulator type games, but nowadays I’m busy and stressed enough from real life as it is. I like booting up Enlisted after a long day and having some mindless fun to relax. I knew from my first match that it was exactly what I was looking for.
If i ever feel like playing a hardcore simulator, I’ll play something else.
Sadly couldn’t get 3 more players to start that game.
but about berlin, it’s what it’s, IK the early level for axis is not that great and before the last update you had to play with bots every single games, but to be honest it’s ok for now, all we need is real players and I see axis players joined berlin to play KT I just wish to keep it that way.
I didn’t lose a single game after this update then I can’t say it’s going back to old berlin but sadly I’m sure it will sooner or later (it’s fun to play axis in berlin as long as you don’t have to play with 9 bots in your team)
Not saying the game is dead, far from it. Just observing there’s probably more allies players than axis ones in my time zone. And that Berlin’s hype for axis didn’t last as long as I thought it would.
In the end of the day, I’ll merely pick another campaign, or relax as allies, it’s no big deal.
I’d still wish for the mm to take longer than a minute to find better matches however.
Honestly I don’t hate bot matches, I personally hate all human matches (Normandy) because it’s explosives spams and sweats.
I just don’t want a match where I’m the ONLY human player on a team. 50/50 players and bots would work perfect.
I was about to confirm that from today it is impossible to win anything playing Axis in Berlin. I really have been losing all day today because other good players left this side at once, so I was mostly playing with few bots plus many low level low skilled players against full or almost full enemy teams.
After losing for the whole day playing Axis I’ve got a booster for 100%, but my Axis side is already at max level, so I decided to switch side for one battle and play Allies with this booster. It should be a walk in a park after what I’ve seen today, but guess what happened:
This fucking one time I just got cursed completely, for this one battle where I switched side (with booster on), somehow Axis team got all the good players on their side playing together and I got this bullshit. I am just done for today, how is it even possible, what are the odds, I’ve never been so much fucked over as just today.
Darkflow has previously confirmed there’s a soft-matchmaker, they do try and average out the stats of the teams but it’s unknown what metrics they use; K/D? Hourcount? W/R? Campaign Level? etc. It’s the same for me, it doesn’t really matter what campaign or faction I play, I’m get shit teams no matter what. The better at the game you are, the worse your experience will be sadly.
I’ve been wondering that for quite some time, too… I know we speculate a lot, but from what I experience and from what others here post… There MIGHT be something.
But it’s really not on point, I hope they perfect the mm or simply do really simple things like:
allowing a longer timer than 1 minute to find a proper match
incentive players to tick the “play any faction” button with bonus xp.
It’s so easy to implement, and it would help a lot already.
I was a backer of HLL back when it was on kickstarter. Yes it’s a good game, but you need TIME to play it. Matches are 1hr +. And you don’t get the full experience without good teams on comms. Haven’t really picked it up in along time for that reason. I need a pick up and play game dude to RL obligations. This game fits the bill.
