If you main Soviets, I’d do that myself too. Berlin will be flooded with axis players for about 2-3 weeks. They will desert Berlin again once they unlock everything and realize those are only “meh” (except maybe the king tiger)
As for Moscow, nothing even remotely worthwhile, fun or even competitive is being added for axis, so I doubt many axis playerd will flock here.
Moscow is a safe bet to play Soviets and relax.
