Mightly dissapointed with this aricraft. The rockets are good if you find a troop concentration but everything else about the plane is bad. However , my post is concerning two times now on a tight combat turn with an enemy plane, ( as tight as you can with this bucket) even though i have good speed the plane just suddenly nose dives to the ground. No damage taken before hand.

Every plane has bad handling and will fall out of the sky for no reason
I love the beau fighter it wrecks. just focus on speed and long sweeping passes.
Just gotta pay attention to air traffic and jump them when they aren’t looking or take them in head on.
Beaufighter is a nice plane,one of my personal allies favorite plane.
I can’t wait to fly with it on diferent maps than on desert…

Perhaps the flaps broke?
I always break the flaps of the Beautighter.
Never with the A20.
Yeah, you are probably right. JU88’s rip off combat flaps on fast dives, but thankfully can still pull out (after inital wobble)
Huh, never had that problem with the SBD.
Didn’t know that could happen.
SBD is a solid plane, no issues with that

SBD flaps dont break.
Hurricane flaps also break.
Flaps never break with the Spitfire or P38.
A20 breaks off both wings when quick turning > 500 kph
(all in tunisia)
I now have the A20 and wings do break a lot (takes about 2 mins to do a turn after that)
Im sure the rockets firing break the wings.Please swap out rocket for bombs, it is a light bomber. Already have rockets on the Beaufighter.

No, it’s really the speed.
When you spawn high at around 800m and then descent towards the target, keep throttle on, you reach >500 kph.
Then when you attack the target and turn away after that, the wings will break off due to high speed.
So after the attack first I point the plane upwards, reducing speed to <500 kph and then do the turn, the wings wont break.
It would be cool if the A20 had bombs coz the Beaufighter already has rockets.
But the M8 rockets of the A20 are much better than the RP3 of the Beaufighter.
Normandy has a A20 with bombs but I dont have that campaign level.
I really hope that after the merge I will be able to use more planes.
I mostly play Tunisia and most fighter planes suck due to lack of weapons.
Spitfire, hurricane, P38 all beautiful but almost useless because none of them have rockets or bombs.
Same with FW190 and ME109.
Even some small 50kg bombs would be an improvement and people will use the planes more.
In different campaigns many fighter planes have more weapons than Tunisia.

Hi. Not a bug actually. Flying with excessive speed (I think over 450) and turning the airplane, will cause the wing to collaps
So plane is listed with a top speed of 545, yet you have to drop below 450 . I think I can break wings without turning, will try .
