Beating another dead horse with Campaigns

Funny how the mg42 wo showed up in tunisia as first time, is excluded to join in tunisia for you

Ohh, I thought it’s not there, so it’s bad example then.

Yeap, imho it’s more of a specific map problem than a whole campaign problem with weapons. If selections of squads is map based, one could limit not only types of squads but specific levels of squads on maps. So some maps would have access to basic aviation or tanks for example.
Like if the map is “themed” to paratroopers fighting garrison infantry, you could appropriately allow only relevant squads on that map.
From the player perspective, you would see a list of maps currently in rotation and choose whichever is more appropriate to what you already unlocked or want to unlock.

there should be a eastern front early and a eastern front late as two sperate theatres
as well as a western fron 1939-41, western front 1944 and a western front 1945

that is 5 fronts… then you would need pacific early and pacific late, africa, italy/mediterranean. so minimum 9 fronts. in a game where even 5 campaigns is overkill…

FTFY:

  1. Eastern front
  2. Western front

But yeah Eastern front would definitely need a division to Early and Late with no bullshit MKBs, MG-42s and Pz IV F2s in Moscow.
Oh wait…

I see you conveniently forgot the t-50’s.
But as you always say definitely playing both sides not maining soviets.

Your paranoia is your issue only.

But conveniently forgot the soviet stuff.
Hard to figure which you main.

“main”… lmao

You’ll have to deal with your paranoia on your own.

Totally not maining soviets just conveniently forgot the bullshit equipment of soviets.

Can you not count? lmao
What “maining” while having equal matches played for both sides?

Which part of “conveniently forgetting bullshit equipment of soviets” you didnt understand ?

You moronism about “maining” while ignoring simple maths was too astounding.
Ask your kindergarten teacher to tell you the definition of the English word “main” tomorrow, kiddo.

You do understand that maining certain faction doesnt exclude you playing others ? Simply means your favoring certain faction, soviets in this case by conveniently forgetting your favorite factions bullshit equipment while moaning of others.

Cry some more about “forgetting Soviet equipment”. Please do.

i think that there could be a middle ground in this:

-the tech tree would be vast and it would not be separate for each campaign, instead it will be separated from campaigns and it would be one giant tech tree that unlocks items, so you can research for a single item and have that be used across all campaigns, of course in some cases some items would be unusable depending on the item and timeline, for example a stg44 in early war.

and the tech tree research wont change if you switch over to a different campaign, you will still have the same research progress and researched weapons unless the weapon isnt available at that campaign (timeline constraints), so that unavailable weapon will just simply be greyed out and unobtainable until you switch back to a campaign where that item/weapon is available.

it wouldnt make sense to be able to research and get a late war weapons in a early war scenario, and the research would be capped based off of the timeline constraints.

so lets say we’re in early war, we can only research so much before we cant research anymore, then we would have to move to late war campaign in order to continue the research

Sorry, my eyesight aint like it was when I was young but pardon me can you point out where in that exact list is the soviet equipment ?
Thanks
