In retrospect it’s true that 1 silver for a single medkit seems a lot.
I’d suggest the devs to keep silver to buy equipment, BUT change the number of items acquired per silver.
Such as 1 silver = 3 or 4 medkit.
Or 1 silver = 2 axes
Etc.

Didn’t account for all of that since it won’t be a 1 silver to 1 equip ratio.

Oh yes! I hav 1700 knives in berlin alone…
standard premium player xp gain rate is 1k/min
at 25k for 1 silver weapon that’s 300k by your lowest estimate, almost 2 whole campaign levels and 5 hours of your time to fully equip one dude
and that’s just as premium… did nobody think about this?

I think your math is a bit off. First off every soldier in a new squad comes with medkits and most come with grenades. All come with knives, which are extremely effective and not really necessary to replace. You can only equip four infantry squads at a time, consolidating from squads should be relatively straight forward. The big problem here is getting enough SMGs and MGs. Furthermore, the basic weapon will all now be easily converted into three stars. Most of the basic weapons at 3 stars are pretty good. Better than one or two star more advanced rifles.

The prices for Equipment could break this.
I hope it will be reasonable, since we dont just buy a Backpack but need the Medkits or Explosives also, that can add up to a big sum.
I hope they wont increase the prices for Weapons so 3 silver max .
