If it were stripper-clip fed, it would be BR3, and I partly see your point; currently, Japan suffers the most from uptiers. I tried the 6.5mm Type 2 the other day and it’s good… if it were BR3, no SMG at BR4 has a 20-round magazine, and the “pseudo-assault rifle” label isn’t really convincing either.
