so like, when are we going to have the “missing” “legacy” squads in the game, I missed a lot of them after the merged, so i`m curious how long will it take for us to have access to this squads
They did say never. That they were going to be permanently out.
I’m glad those of us who unlocked them can even keep them…
I’m not against their return, mind you. It’s just very unlikely.
I`m just curious as to what the “Loss” would be if we could have the same access to the game like from what I heard that the chinese hag this “legacy squads” on sale and can be bought with either gold or silver, they wont be losing anything, if anything it would push the player base to keep playing the game cause we have more access to squads now, it doesnt have to be unique, it just have to be “complete”
Since releasing this feature wouldn’t really cause any issues at all. Put another way, the more squads you have, the less hassle there is when adjusting BR ratings. You don’t have to go through the trouble of swapping weapons for individual soldiers in a squad — you just rearrange your lineup, and you can immediately field new squads armed with different BR-tier weapons. There’s no need to reequip troops one by one because you have a large enough pool of soldiers.
The CN server’s operator has already realized this logic, but it’s unknown when the international server will follow suit.
I like this Battlepass… the rifle looks like something I will use and Scotts are a popular vehicle choice at T2. The F4 Trop isn’t so common but it’s a nice looking camo.
then by that logic, that CN operator is so competent that he thought of this several years after the merged happened, I`m not saying that the devs are incompetent, its just that the less hassle we “players” have the better the quality of life it is not just for the veteran players but for the new coming in players aswell

used to have 4-6 weapons and now we got 2 rifles and more skins and 1 tank, its a downgrade tbh

Put simply, they’re just incompetent. In fact, all the extra things the Chinese server has done compared to the global server are all down to listening to players and taking on their suggestions.
If the Chinese server’s operators acted just like the global team—turning a deaf ear and ignoring most issues—this forum would’ve long been flooded with backlash until comments got shut down, and the dev team would’ve been relentlessly roasted by Chinese players.
That’s why the devs all think Chinese players are far too sharp with their criticism. They end up cutting Chinese players out of polls and all sorts of feedback channels. But still chasing profits, they just put out half-hearted, perfunctory content in a blatant attempt to make a quick buck.
In a way, the gap between veteran and new players shows perfectly here. When I have 16 assault squads, I just pre-equip them en masse with weapons of different BR ratings. Later I can just swap them directly in the deployment queue whenever I want. Meanwhile new players still have to manually change every single primary weapon and sidearm one by one—it’s such a hassle.
This is where the problem really shows. Not to mention some veterans can even field two Tiger tanks at once, plus two Ju 188 bombers. These are all inherent advantages long-time players have.
Yet clearly, the devs basically treat this kind of veteran advantage as if it’s cheating. It’s almost like the assets us old-timers own are seen as the biggest balance issue of all. Rather than giving new players more to catch up, they’d apparently rather take these exclusive squads away from veteran players entirely.
So… why not go play there?

Since that’s the Chinese server. I’ve been on the international server for two whole years already, way ahead of the Chinese version.
I don’t want to lower my stance, give up all the progress I’ve made here, and start all over again from scratch somewhere new. Building everything up from the ground up is exhausting, especially when I’ve already done it once before.
There’s another thing too.
The company running the Chinese server is the same one that used to handle WOT. Basically, their in-game monetization leans way too hard into pay-to-win. But their operation style kind of makes up for it, plus the BR rating lock keeps the meta from getting completely ruined. It’s a weird, delicate balance overall.
One last thing to add: for games run by this kind of agent, especially the Chinese server, the long-term outlook is nowhere near as promising as the international server. Tencent once had the WT agency before, and eventually shut it down completely—Chinese server players ended up with nothing at all.
That’s why I have no interest in taking a second alternative path.
About the plane:
I hope I’m not alone to think that : this plane need some bombs !
Actually I prefer to use in br3 the bf 109 from br1 or the IAR …and there is too many BF109 kn br4 and 5 which they are a little bit useless against proto jets…
Please , rethink the BR and the armement of all BF (in all BR)
About the Scot:
I like this skin. I hope I will be able to put it on the m8 Scot Stars/Laxative (old GO) without any troubles .

Any aircraft without proper CAS capability is just a burden to the team.
For my german’s br2 lineup I use the FW 190 A4 as third plane (+ bf 109 E7/u2 + IAR 81C) if ennemy got a good pilot…after killing him, just brrrrr on the e emy positions and crashing my plane(or killing another ennemy plane before )
The chances of the Japanese rewards within the BP for WT and Enlisted both being in a Br or Rank which I have already surpassed or no longer play is a hilarious coincidence, regardless both vehicle camos are nice and will be fine additions to my collection.
However as a Veteran player ( OAT/CBT ), I still miss the fact that we used to get complete ground vehicles within the BPs, not just skins or camos.
