Can anyone explain for me how this works?
I seem to constantly finish top 2 of 3 yet battle hero awards skip me (and some others) and are granted to players as low as 6 or 7th for example.
Just finished second - also got best engineer - but not battle hero. I had 4 captures (next beat was 3.8), 2nd most kills, best engineering score and tied best for zone attack kills - what’s going on there?
Having the most engineering points does not automatically make you battle hero.
What matters is how many kills you get as an engineer.
Not how many engineering points you get.
Yes that is weird and wrong.
I experience the same. I have an engineer in all my squads as the first soldier, constantly build rally points, finish usually pretty high but rather rarely get a battle hero award…. The fact that the engineer with the most kills (and not the one who most contributed to winning the game by setting up good rallies) should be fixed by the devs IMHO
