On the topic of damage discrepancies, M1 Carbine should have base damage raised to 8.0 or 9.6 upgraded, since that’s what the VG 1-5 does (also an intermediate cartridge).

.30 carbine is noticeably weaker than 8mm Kurz, and both the weapons (Both Mkb family and VG 1-5 compared to the US Carbines) and cartridges were designed with different purposes in mind, I feel them being different is entierly justified. Think of .30 Carbine as a overgrown pistol round and 8mm Kurz as a stunted rifle round, they are approaching each other but still fundamentally different.

Also, the M1 Carbine is the only semi auto to lack a ROF upgrade (I’m pretty sure the VG 1-5 has one too), so it should get a 15% speed increase (or is it 10% for semi autos?)

Well, as you know already, I’d like to remove the RoF upgrades in their entierty.

1 spare mag, else use clips. Small ammo only gives 1 more mag, large ammo only gives 1 more mag and a few clips.
If programmers can do it.
(Idea from Gates of Hell, SVT carrying soldiers got 2 mags and a lot of clips)
