Imho german BR3 is strong. The smg’s are decent, the MG34 is great, the VG1-5 is awesome aggressive and the Pz.3 N can handle even BR4 tanks. Sure other nations have benefits here and there, but this is everywhere in the tech tree.
When you are lucky to own some MP41(r), some Pavesi SVT’s and maybe some MkB42 (15), the german BR3 line up can be very naughty.
My guerilla squad is equiped with 5 x MP41(r) and some sweet or trolling stuff as secondary. There is a reason why I call this unit “F**kboys”.
Then the other sweet BR3 (and even sweet BR2) weapons like MkB42 (15) or Pavesi and other stuff are in my other units.
I dont want to win. Sure it is great but I am perfectly fine in losing a match when my team played well and we tried. What really stinks is a team full of USELESS people…and this happened quite often.
As a seasoned Enlisted player, you naturally have plenty of in-game purchases and event gear options. However, new players have very limited choices, and most of them end up just feeding kills with basic bolt-action rifles. That’s why I say mentoring newbies is a hassle. If you’re capable of leading an attack, let them take the points themselves. But if you’re charging in and they’re stuck in place, afraid to advance, it’s a pure waste of time. So, the key to competition isn’t who has the best weapons and equipment, but who can inspire others. After all, there’s strength in numbers, and the more everyone attacks together, the easier it is to win.
I still need so many things. Sure I have some event weapons and got some gold weapons (most of them from pre-merge times). But the tech tree weapons really can do the same, good job.
The only thing that really is an advantage are my 6 MP41(r).
And the silver chests did not bring me any benefits for my favorite fraction. No axis sqads, no “crazy” weapons, some tanks or low BR planes for italy.
Unplayable in current state. 11th or 12th defeat in a row as axis (BR3). My teams are always full of monkeys. I wonder if some people really have a brain.
Nowadays, it’s mostly noobs and newbies who play for Germany in 3 BR and beyond. Because their weaponry is so much worse than the soviet one that it’s not attractive to normal players at all. Why should they suffer in 3 BR Germany or Japan with bot teams when they can go to 3 BR USSR and win, face-planting on the keyboard?
