Well I will give my average Tunisa gameplay on allies side with decent axis players on demo mission
Mining… Demopack… Ded, Mining… Artillery… Ded, Mining… HE shell… Ded, Mining… 500kg bomb… Ded, Mining… Sniper from tower… Ded, Mining… Flamethrower Yolo Guy… Ded, Mining… Finally mined, 4 guys bomb rush, ded, defuse and repeat.
Sorry but really cant feel bad for Axis ,while tunisa map design really favors you guys and i never seen equipment for a good player there to be a issue.
And you can talk in chat and see that those axis “bots” are players in fact, the fact is that average player in enlisted really isnt that good, this is casual game, maybe only 10% of current player base or even less are those top scoring tryhards, and lets not pretend that that most of the axis players are just kids who dream to get tiger in that tunsia one day in future and those players turn out, to be quiet bad in WW2 games being that fps, rts or whatever else.

Tanks in Tunisia highly favour Axis. Unless a wild Grant appears, Italian starter and second tanks will always achieve tank superiority, simply because the damage models are completely wrong making the Italian car often shrugging off 40mm shells but piercing the poor crusader at any angle with its semi auto 20mm. Same with second tanks, the deimler is a downgrade, worse than the first Brit tank. Yeah Italian tank mgs are bad… but better than those in flaming Brit wrecks (they can’t shoot anymore)
Weapons:
I’d say somewhat equivalent for now…
-smgs have more dm output for Brits… but much harder to control. Italian/germans smgs are very stable and precise, in open fields it’s a plus.
-lmgs both factions have not very good ones, carry on.
-AT again both factions have mediocre ones, carry on.
-Rifles both factions have great choices. I cannot say wich have the bests, it’s how you feel about them.
-Snipers, same as rifles. Depends on preference.
So yeah. Saying Italian faction is crap is a gross exaggeration. Wait a week or two for the population to finish obtaining stg43 and panther in Normandy. They will be back.

Simply put, axis losses are almost always due to the playerbase always picking the most braindead place to be at any point of the battle.

Just had another battle where there was a maximum of 2 of us defending on the point for the axis while the rest of the team was sitting in the spawns the entire battle.
If German players would so much as attempt to die in the general vicinity of the point instead of what they do now, they would be doing much better.

It’s weird how they messed up balance this bad, it’s same as in Berlin map.
Axis equipment in Tunisia is as good as if not better than Ally equipment, and this is coming from an Italy main.
It’s that the Axis has god-awful players on average.

Because they’re used to losing they don’t defend. Axis stand no chance in close combat as usual.
All damage models are broken (as always in elisted)
the ab 41 should be oneshotted everytime? sure just like the a13, that shit has no armor but it survives a lot. The m14 is trash, not only u get god awful mg fire, u get the longest reload time ever seen and the he shell does 0 damage to infantry 1 meter away, the cherry on top? Nonexistent speed, u have no chance to avoid tnt trown at you with that shit and you have no hope to intercept the way faster british vehicles, if they flank your position the m14 is a sitting duck. I have yet to try the semovente (no mg and no he shells, like, are you fucking serious right now)

Look at this, the perfect balance of the enemy team. Each human player get their reward. Meanwhile axis are all bots. Sometimes I know I am playing against a team of 4 people that join together and communicate and play their roles. Why do I as a solo player have to face that team with my bots. It’s insane. Fix matchmaker please. When it’s this imbalanced you might have to remove option to pick which team to play and make it random instead.

War Thunder is the same way. German mains are deathly afraid of being anywhere near the objective.
Every destruction match I wind up solo-defending the point while all of my teammates are out in Narnia doing who-knows-what.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the M14 now that the MGs were fixed. Good armor and it nukes everything.
Semovente could definitely use a machine gun, but in the CBT I found it a great tank killer (has no problem with the Grant), but takes a lot of skill to kill infantry with because you need to get a direct hit, which will activate the APHE and nuke everyone around who you hit.
M14’s APHE is similar but not as dramatic.

Why play tunesia tbh only has shit equipment to get; so I rather play Berlin or Normandy.
This is the same argument in every campaign. Its not the equipment! Small arms the Italians have are very good. Early tanks dominate the British (especially the daimler). As always its the players that are losing the matches

Maybe it’s me but i can’t like the m14, the mg reload time is ridicolous and for a 14 tons tank is way too fucking slow, the jumbo could run cirlces around this shit. It can be good against the british tanks only if they are dumb and they come straight at you and in long range engagements because the second they go for the flank you can’t do a thing. I just played a onesided conquest round where a british a13 went straight for the point, my mongoloid team did nothing and i didn’t even got the chance to shoot at him because it was that fast

Have you played as the British? If you haven’t I think you should to see how well their tanks perform.
