Applying common sense to game design and ultimately balancing

Hello Devs,

If you are going to apply the laws of “Gaijin Physics” to the vehicles then do the same for your infantry.

Currently ground vehicles spend more time fighting terrain, sensless clutter and poor pathing/track traction, than the enemy. Whilst super humans make 2m leaps into the air with full equipment and sprint circles around them dropping detpacks and other novelties. It’s also been mentioned many times in the forums - stop using modern warfare poses and weapon carriage for WWII soldiers.

Please sort out your laws of physics - if you’re going to slam manual traverse and elevation on an early war tank, or implement some BS system of ground resistance on different terrain, then do so consistently FFS, and limit infantry mobility and weapon handling based on terrain, weather and stamina in the same manner.
If mud slows tank movement or turning, then guess what, its even worse for the infantry.

Get a grip on your infantry movement and load bearing formulae. I am aware that something already exists, that reflects load baring effects, I’m suggesting that they need a review, because overall the troops still move way too fast relative to vehicles.

Many other FPS have nerfed jumping into the stone age and only allow for scaling/traversing of obstacles. I urge you to adopt the same, the amount of bunny hopping with a weapon in the shoulder is ridiculous and immersion breaking.

Have a proper look at your stamina system, I get the bottle thing “imported” from PostScriptum, and that’s ok, but overall your stamina implementation is poor.
The current focus of stamina on weapon accuracy is ass about. Yes it matters, but mobility is by far more important.
Stamina should first and foremost be drained as a consequence of equipment carriage and then mobility. The Stalingrad implementation of weapon sway and inability to aim ATR or MG for extended periods of time based off stamina drain is a step in the right direction, but fails to account for the time spent running or the bulk of equipment a given soldier is carrying.

Please address some of these common sense things you’ll actually make the game far more immersive, and logically consistent. Players will have to “plan ahead” a lot more than just run and gun.

gold sticker for saying this, it is the worse thing in the game

Don’t you love it when an enemy jumps through a shoebox-sized window into your barn and sprays you with bullets from his eyes during the animation, since that’s where the gun is always pointed.

This is an infantry game, so I believe? Go play on all the other games that highlight all the tanks, vehicles etc :+1:

Personally Raf if you are that peed of with this game that most of us like… maybe it`s time for you to go back to your cave and continue to play there, instead of telling us and demanding your over bearing changes

Biggest issues of Enlisted -there are plenty of recurring themes, I guess we all have our way of voicing them. Thanks for your opinion, you’re ofcourse free to play the game as is.
