Not necessarily, since while they have a smaller magazine capacity, they also have a slower fire rate, meaning you can fire for a lot longer, plus, in lower BR’s, you’ll be facing off with MG’s that have similar magazine capacities. I get that you love the Johnson, more power to you, but it’s just a glorified assault rifle in my opinion that’s limited to Machine Gunners only.

Depends on accuracy as 0.34 accuracy with low recoil could maybe be overkill for BR2-3 (excluding downtiering)

Technicly speaking… The mobile version on the M1917 is still the M1919A6.
The M1917 and M1919 is for all intents and purposes the same weapon, it’s just that they discarded the water-cooled barrel for a heavier standard barrel that could just handle more heat.
