Tanks render at about 1500 meters or so just fine, maybe a bit more. It’s enough to drop a short burst in them, potentially knocking out crew, then pull up and make another pass because you’ve seen them and now you know where they are.
Doesn’t matter if it moves or not, it can’t move at mach 5 nor does it have invisibility technology to just disappear.
Tanks almost never get marked, I have 0 problems dunking bombs on them or blowing them with the 110 rockets or guns by just visually spotting them.
You have no reason why you couldn’t have stomped on those stuarts with the 110, the only error here is human error.
keep in mind yall have been playing for a while and kno what to look for. new players dont necessarily kno what tanks look like from thousands of feet up
No disrespect to guys new to this game or flying in general, but it’s not hard to spot the dust cloud from a tank cannon from 500 meters up and almost 1000m away. There might be some issue with it not rendering that far away at lower graphics settings, and oh man, let me find out this game has the same kind of issues WT has with graphics settings providing in game advantages…
You see tanks in school, presumably you all learned about WW2 history. You see tanks up close, you see tanks from a distance, you see tanks from above, the specific silhouette of a tank is unmistakable.
You don’t need to play for 400.000.000.000.000 hours to spot a tank, and more importantly it’s not hard to spot the muzzle flash and the dust cloud kicking up that wasn’t there 2 seconds ago.
If a player sees a dust cloud kick up from a location where there wasn’t any and he can’t put two and two together, that’s not the games fault. The game isn’t at fault for people not going to school either or sleeping through their classes either.
I’m gonna install the game on the XBox one I have lying around just to see how it goes, I think. I’ll report back. It’ll be interesting to see the graphics difference between a past gen console, 30fps @ 1080p, vs my PC setup, 120fps @ 3800x1200.
People keep suggesting camos/cosmetics but how many historical camos they can make? At example most soviet camos are different shades of brown afaik. mayby germany might get bit more sellable camos but i higly doupt camos will sell enough
Ofcourse if devs add female soldiers and tight ‘sl** suits’, jester costumes and sadomaso costumes with gasmasks there will be more options to sell.
Just wish I had known when I had premium. Ah well I be able to do some nice grinding while the premium is active. How much is the battlepass to buy? Not seen any sign of a price
Save some money, suport the game and buy some extra slots no!?
I bought 10 slots on every campaign right away so I could forget about limitations as soon as I got in the campaign.
Best investment in this game. More options right away.
Up to 8 inf squads avaiable at all times.
Or up to 6 vehicles
Or up to 2 bike squads at all time.
Best money spended. Since once it’s bought, it’s mine forever and it’s avaiable for both campaign sides.
I m not sure I would enjoy this game fully as a free 2 play player…
You get more, back, unless I’ve failed at counting. It costs 900 but returns 1000 if you do the whole thing.
I’d wait till the next one at this point, unless you’re getting premium and elite bp, and you’re sure you can do 9 tasks a day. not a lot of room left for off days if you wanna grind to the end.
