I had that problem with the Moscow task. Whichever side I decided to join, seemed to be the low level one. Got it after a few matches but dear god, this matchmaker is pain.
I was lucky to win 3 battles in a row, even when my computer was shut down, I was counted as a victory.
But it is much more pleasant to play in Moscow than in Normandy
Bruh what, I tried to get my 3 wins yesterday using axis, and played 4 games where the combined kills on the allied team were double my team. Only 2 players on my team in all 4 games actually made it above 20 kills… it’s just really bad luck. So then I went to the allies where we rofflestomped the German team in 3 10 minute games…
so i’ve been playing a lot of american since the beginning, we were winning games in the order of 70% win, for the last 3 weeks i’m more on the moscow camp and the berlin camp. For the event I came back to Normandy or when I want to change a little MAP, and clearly it’s the opposite it’s about 30% of my games that we won.
There is 0 communication, it doesn’t take mobile spawns, tanks are in corner map with a pathetic number of bots kills. The planes refuse to kill enemy planes, the tanks apparently don’t know they can destroy other tanks!
I have the impression that all the American players have changed nation and gone to play on the German side, and that the German players are now American players because the change is so violent.
it took me about 4 hours to do the 3 victories… I couldn’t take it anymore, my mouse and keyboard learned to fly a few times in the evening! lol

Seems there’s less Vodka in France than expected, and our Russian-trained infantry clearly suffered in Normandy. 
Or maybe it is, since I was getting 1st-3rd places in all the losing games?
