well, para russian voice lines have been found in the game file, so most likely, those will come.
but regarding the russian riders, i believe as @Adamnpee pointed out, currently are somewhat unused. and hence, might not get ported in the merge.

Very unlikely the Russian Empire had those kinds of grenades, they didn’t even have gas masks. The Tsar was an incompetent POS. The Soviet Union was far more willing to modernize than the Russian Empire.

Yeah, that could be possible. I don’t play Pacific very often currently.
I think it’s because of simple reason. Players are getting them for free with new squads iirc.
