Okay, I need to be honest here.
If the game didn’t have tanks and artillery, the event would be perfect. It would be a rifle war, all about attacking and capturing trenches. 80% of the game involves getting killed by artillery shells and tank fire. Only 20% of the time do you actually exchange fire with the enemy.
You’re referring to the Napoleonic Wars, not World War I, because without artillery, bombing, and tanks, it wouldn’t be World War I.

10 rounds is also br2 standard. Do you not understand all these mechanics are br2? Meaning you can’t justify it for increasing br. The smle does not have an extraordinary fire rate. It uses clips to reload as well at 4 seconds long. So the reload is nothing special. There’s literally nothing br3 worthy on the smle sniper. The only difference between the br2 version is the scope, and once again, a scope does not add a battle rating.
If it’s br2 standard i wonder why none of the other nations have a 10 rd bolt action or alternatively one with a sniper scope.
Same reason why russia and germany have fully automatic snipers and allies doesn’t
because they didn’t make them? What is your point? How is it a standard if only one nation has it? The standard is 5-6 rounds. even in earlier weapons for the allies.

While a 10 round like the SMLEs would be nice for the Axis TT any that can be found do not belong there as they are rare at best. And that’s perfectly fine.
