Hello there!
This mess of a system can be upgraded to a much better one. My idea is to add search filters, these filters could include class, rank, and even a name if Gaijin wishes to! If somebody do not feel this a problem I assume that you do not have 60,70 or even 100+ members in reserve.
What do you think of this idea? I would happily see your opinions about this topic! Also feel free to make further ideas so Gaijin get more ideas to work with!

in the manage soldiers, the soldiers are listed in order of the amount of stars the have …
is it possible to set the order to soldier class and THEN stars …this would make it a lot easier to find the soldier you looking for …
for example im looking for an sniper , to check which snipers i have i have to scroll through the whole list of soldiers from all classes to find the snipers i have.
ordering the soldiers per class then per star, would make that a lot easier and faster
Here some suggestions for the soldier management.
Filters in soldier management section
As the title says. Give us the possibility to filter for class (infantry, assault, …), Level, needs exp (current level != max. level), Tier and a combination of all.
Consider Tiers and squad possibilities for Replacment in Academy view
When I want to train soldiers in academy that are currently in a squad and the squad is at its minimum of soldiers, the person needs to be replaced. At the moment only sold…
At the moment you have to dismantle each weapon individually, so you have to click countless times to get resources.
It would be better if you could simply set the number of weapons to disassemble. For example, 10 x K98 with just one click. Would save my lifetime
The managing sodiers option is quite chaotic - or at least the list of soldiers is: everyone is mixed with no aparent order or logic, and it’s annoying to scroll through the whole reserve to find suitable soldiers to fit our slots!

It would be nice if any or all of the following improvements could be implemented:
allow to sort soldiers by class and within class by rank/level
allow to filter soldiers by class
allow to filter soldiers by “fully upgraded on current le…
It would be nice to have this kind of filter that would sort soldiers by their category and if they are fully experienced or not. As after every game I have to go there and switch soldiers, it’s pain to go through the whole list to find soldiers, that are not leveled to the max level.

Well you sure did your homework, but Gaijin did not, so I guess another topic is better then no soldier filter
