I wouldn’t even mind putting this thing at BR1.
It’s slow, terrible at anti-infantry, and way overpriced.
It’s nowhere near as good as the T-50 by comparison.
It’s basically just a copy of an early British tank, even though in WT the lend-lease version is the Mark IX.
Such a letdown. It’s way too expensive, not even close to the 76mm Matilda.
Exactly. Apart from BR5, Britain could have tons more tanks added for BR1 to BR3.

I think you guys would be better off moving the G-43 down to BR3 as a new update.
A rifle with just 5 extra rounds is useless compared to the 20-round drum SVT-40 I used to be able to afford.
Might as well add a 15-round SVT-38 at BR3 instead.

G43 is not br 3 material as is lol.
It’s a shame the maps are too small, making the Tiger II way too powerful.
Maybe moving it up to BR6 in the future would help balance out the compressed tech tree.
Britain has gotten plenty of new stuff lately, but it still has some really problematic issues.

Tiger 2 strength is over exaggerated. Hell I would say the ho ri is better.
If br 4 got better td and Russia br 5 tanks got an upgrade tiger 2 would be standard.
But when you compare, Germany at BR4 has the best semi-auto rifles.
On paper, the G-43 only just meets the standard of BR3 weapons like the SVT-38.
Think about it: Japan’s copy of the Garand, America’s 10-round semi-auto — both got moved down from BR4 to BR3.
So the G-43, which used to be on par with them, should go to BR3 too, especially since Germany has the Soviet Union as such a strong rival.
Just speed up the process regarding the balancing issues.
Germany is really in need of a big buff to its semi-auto rifles right now.

G43 is better than those. Those are clip fed while g43 has a mag with a quick reload. Unless it’s part of some bigger update g43 does not belong in br 3.
Not to mention type 4 has less dmg and Johnson imo has bad sights
Why don’t we talk about that WWII Japanese plane with controllable missiles that War Thunder had instead? That was way more fun.
I’ve been reading up on history lately, and it turns out no one was actually killed when planes crashed into tanks.
The only injury happened because a Sherman tank driver had his observation hatch open.

You are getting nothing for Japan they dont even wont to give you a Zero its already a meme all we get is some copy stuff or some useless tank prototype.
Yeah, Japan’s lineup is way too thin. They still have some BR1 light tanks missing, and they’re already pulling out the Tiger II at this point.
At least Japan has Pacific and China maps. But if they run out of content in the future… man, I don’t know. The Manchurian map they could add for Japan looks really ugly.
I have no faith in DF’s historical accuracy anymore—except maybe for Stalingrad.

You can’t say that, though.
Look at Japan’s BP weapons, especially that 15-round semi-auto at BR3 — its stats can easily be adjusted.
As someone who bought all of Japan’s semi-autos before the gold shop closed, the ones I have are even better than the G43.
Basically, aside from BP weapons, magazines like the one on the G43 shouldn’t be exclusive.
Japan has them, the Soviets have them — Germany should too.
The Mondragón even has 15.3 damage.
At this rate, tech tree weapons are only gonna get worse and worse.
Well too few Stalingrad maps sadly. I love the radio they should put more propaganda radios on maps

I mean cool for my br4 USSR (if i build one) but since 4 and 5 play together pretty often i wont be using it (still nice to have tho since it more ammo)
No they’re not the 15 rounder has a long reload and only 13.9 dmg. Same applies to the other bp br 3 Japan semi autos. Plus Gino and th10r have slower rof.
Mondragon has a long clip reload. Just face it. There’s no br 3 semi auto with 15+ dmg and a mag reload. So there is no grounds for making the g43 br 3. It’s better than the svt 38 which is often complained about for being overtuned for br 3. There are other ways to improve br 3 Germany.
Back then Fox was still around. I never knew he’d volunteered and devoted 13 years to the community.
Feels like times have changed. There’s a world of difference between being earnest and responsible, and just milking players for cash while living for the moment.
I used to imagine Japan getting a completely unique Asian Maginot Line, with the Kwantung Army as new units, a full city map like Tunisia, a “Battle of Stalingrad” equivalent in Asia.
But this Manchuria map we got is just awful.
And now there are reports of serious corruption and similar negligence cases inside Gaijin.
It’s starting to feel just like the Cotton incident all over again.
