Add white winter pants to all German squads for Moscow/Ardennes/Stalingrad

German sniper squads have white winter pants as an option in Stalingrad maps. This option should be expanded to ALL German squads in all winter themed campaigns.

These are perfectly good cosmetics that many people would no doubt like to use, except they are needlessly restricted to only a single squad type.

I believe one of the helpers confirmed that white pants will be added in some future update
