I think the Boambload is still stronger than some Br 2 planes!
It can carry 1x250 kg bomb and its ground attacker and has no cannons I dont see how it can be BR II. There is literally fighters with same bombload on BR I and better stats.

If iam not wrong , but with Br 1 i would be ok as well!
They are fighter planes not ground attackers. And the FP3 literally needs to be moved to BR I since the buffalo is better.

The Ki-51 exist with a Version with 2 × 12.7 mm Guns .

It has 424 km/h xD and 2 heavy machine guns its not a BR II material… compare it with IL-2 or a Stuka or SBD. Its literally SBD-3 with less payload.
The Ki 51 hase just a normal Bomb load of 200KG, the 250 is just for suicide missions!

Let’s not act like those planes aren’t complete garbage, 2 100kg bombs for an attacker isn’t even good for BR1.
Compare it to any BR1 plane that’s useable and it’s debatable whether the Ki-51 would even be worth adding.
With the B5N2 in the game in br2 the bar is very low for Japan!
The B5N2 belongs at BR1 anyways
