So was the 1903A1 and the M2 carbine. Jumbo chaffee. Shall I continue with the historical inaccuracy? Atleast this was actually there in theatre at the correct time, more I can say for alot of the historical “liberties” they’ve taken

Replace the 1903A1 with the A4, Replace the jumbo with a M4A3 and m2 can just get replaced with the m1 Thomson

It seems that it’s exactly the direction the devs want this game to be in the late period: everybody has an automatic weapon, no matter intermediate cartridge or full-power cartridges. I believe FG42 would also be introduced in Berlin(We’ll see). And even in Moscow, we have AVS36, which is also an automatic weapon that could be equipped by everybody, which proves again this is intentional.

The Devils Brigade (the SOLE unit who used the gun in Europe) didnt took part in Operation Overlord and was actually more active in Italy than in France (where they were mostly active during Operation Dragoon/ Invasion of SOUTHERN France).

Why is that so important? This game is never intended to be 100% historically accurate. We already have many time travelers.

How many germans carried Breda M30s in Europe? How about Beretta 1918s? The group was in southern France for a fact until it was disbanded in December 1944. I would say it was more likely in service in Europe than Beretta 1918s and 1918A1 BARs

This game, as the devs said, is never intended to be 100% realistic, rather a middle way. You have many more options if that matters for you.
