20 rnd Semi-Auto for Japan

A vehicle that never existed by definition can’t have “capabilities in line with historical facts”.

It’s the same for the purpose of my argument - introducing a new BR bracket in War Thunder splits the player base between more BRs, the same way that introducing a new faction would split the player base between more factions.
And my point was not that there are no splits, it was that as long as Darkflow lets the player base grow before adding a new faction, a split won’t affect queue times nearly as much. I don’t want all these new factions now, there are more important things to do. But I don’t want Enlisted to start heading into a very bad direction, which I believe Japan tier 5 to be as it sets up a couple of precedents that are not good.

You doesn’t necessary need something to exist to be in line with historical facts. Because your historical facts can be base on paper instead of actual existence.
Those are just marketing word that can be interpret in any way. Dev doesn’t really care.

And how is it related to the queue problem since you ask “To be realistic and fun or to have short queue times?” ?

(Looks like you are confuse what is the definition of “split” I use. I am not talking about split by br, I am talking about possibility of joining a battlefield for factions)

They are not the same. Every nation in War Thunder has the top br and can fight each other. Adding more br into War Thunder will add more queue but the player base won’t split since they still meet each other. Adding more faction in Enlisted will split the player base because some faction are limited to certain battlefield. Moreover adding new br in War Thunder is a smooth transition, but adding a new faction in Enlisted is not.
In addition, minor faction may not have enough players to play causing long queue.
