Xbox pack discounts?

I noticed the Normandy Rocket Bundle never went on discount for Xbox looking at Enlisted - "Invasion of Normandy" - "Rocket" Bundle Xbox One — buy online and track price history — XB Deals USA

Anyone know if it will go on discount before the new campaign system comes? It’s currently on discount for PC but not Xbox.
