Well if you had 5 slots, you would not of had that issue, unless u take a plane with 5th slot
Dare say reason you couldn’t spawn , was due to 2 tanks already deployed.
Oh and the fact you had used your other squads, so there were not eligible squads to be spawned except the tank?. to be respawned

1.- I had the 7 spaces but after the merger I did not buy them.
2.- I couldn’t appear with any troops, not because of the tank limit, in the video you can see that I want to appear with infantry.
3.- The game started giving me problems almost at the end of the game and then it closed.
4.- What you say doesn’t make sense, I’m not going to spend another dollar on this game. and you should be able to play a free game without having to pay an arm and a leg…

You never mentioned this part, or show it closing, my bad i leave you alone.
I would mention the lack of organ in the part of your body above the neck, but they would ban me… so I avoid that part.
I have the premium unit and the tanks available.
It can be seen in the video that I cannot respawn and that I have respawn points.
Now, you saw my post and jumped to comment without having a clue about anything.
And finally, there is no need to mention something that is seen…
In my book the inf you trying to spawn is greyed out to me, just as the others appeared grey out, and the tank is the only thing highlighted.

I watched it a few times and to me the Inf looks greyed out, sorry,
but anyway, maybe you should log a bug report then, i don’t have the link, but i am sure it somewhere.

Thank you, I know how to report the error, but the support people are useless.
I spent 6 months waiting for a solution to a screen error that was only solved in the merger and no one knew what to do in support. xD

Most likely it was due to a server delay, something that is not unusual to happen
If the error persists, report it to the CBR and provide the necessary information to correct the bug.

Yea it does look like connection issue if you look at the screen all the AI are also frozen not moving at all on any of them
