Having no progression would kill the game.
It isn’t like TF2, getting new stuff and customizing your guys is honestly half the fun.
Take that away and it would get stale quickly.

Let’s see what happens, but it is important that Devs hear this out. I don’t want to waste my time regrinding. I don’t like to waste time on anything, neither should anyone.
there will be premium account in game which will take less time to grind…yeah you need to pay gain for those accounts .
what do you want I think a cool uniform or weapons or few extra tickets should help but not 50 lol…thats over kill

These squads could just be unique and after Enlisted goes life, they would be valuable collectibles because only early-alpha participants will have them
But how is testing the game, helping to make it better for everyone after release and having fun during the process a wasted time… especially since you have been warned that everything is subject to change and even confirmed by both testers and devs in huge advance, that wipes are possible? I just don´t get the reasoning behind this.
Oh right… you paid for premium squads… Just like many more who however understood well what are they signing into (which we pretty much should, since the game was screaming that in our faces on every oportunity).
This entire logic “we are all equals but some are equal-er” is simply wrong from every point of view.

Why not give us a gun people already have but a different skin? For instances for the alpha testers we can get a gewehr 98 with the same stats as the kar 98 k.

Or, even more simple, make ivory plated kar98ks/mosins, similar to the twitch drop pistols. They would be a texture, instead of an entire new model.

And then there is the alpha testers who already had their progress wiped out of the blue and now there is another one coming.
I wouldn’t consider it a waste of time. By that logic, gaming is a waste of time.

People are really upset over a wipe? In a test environment? Which isn’t final?
Look, I understand you don’t want your progress wiped, but that will happen either now or before release. If losing progress bothers you a lot then the best solution would be to hold off and wait a little. The best mentality is “Hey I’ll hop on, see how the gameplay is, see how the changes are, maybe have a little fun, and then go back to waiting until the next update”. Or you can also post your opinion on the update whenever the thread is availible.
