Ok, we can put the Winchester M1907 at level 2 so it does not compete with the M1 Garand, and would be a much needed improvement over the ultra weak M1 Carbine.

Hell, I don’t even use the M1 carbine, I bought four S&W semi auto’s from BP and use them instead at BR2.
put it at BR1 with M2 Stinger and T95 so Burgers finally will be have their dream balance

M1907 was delivered to Russia much more than M1 carbines to the USSR. And this was before the land lease. By the way, all weapons chambered for .30 carbine should have increased damage.

It has less stopping power then the Garand, thus less over powering . 12.6 vs.15.3 with the same ROF. But it does have less recoil, which makes it smoother to operate.
If I had my way, the BP Smith and Wesson level two semi auto and the German BP 1918/30 level one semi auto would both be tech tree. The Smith is better then the M1 Carbine, and I personally like the Beretta level one gun better then the level two Armaguerra. Virtually no recoil on the Beretta. Not the greatest if you want to shoot someone at distance though.
after using it and fighting against it i can say it’s OP as hell, should be BR V

I told ya but DF never listen to me they want to kill Germany as a nation and turn them into bots, right now it’s a masochist’s nation that plays at Bloodborne difficulty.
They are only interested in artificially boosting American WR by giving them more and more OP guns across all BRs. first M2 Stinger (best lmg in a game bar none), then Winchester at BR3 (Best rifle at BR3-4 bar none), then Chinese Thompsons at BR2 (Best smg bar none, they are BR3 thompsons but with -10% less dmg per bullet).
They already had the strongest LMG in the game at BR3 with BAR + Colt Monitor but nah they have to get best guns across all BRs. While Axis has dogshit Mp40/M1 Berretta with pitiful rof + bad recoil at BR2 and worst semi auto in the game - Gewehr 41 (seriously G43 should be downtiered to BR3 already with ZH-29+Breda PG and give them something with bigger mags at BR4)

Germany is the “ONLY” faction I play with that has over a 70% w/l ratio, so I’m inclined to say that DF is not killing off the Germans and turning them into BOTS. 
If DF told me that I could play one game, and if I won that one game they would give me a million dollars, I would take the Germans hands down.
