I don’t want to become a janny that works for free. that’s a modern slavery. Plus as an low level employee you won’t be able to criticize them like at all. That’s not my way of life. My life is a way of sword.

Well, its hard to say. For Sure there is much Stuff you can learn. Also you have the possibility to learn to devide Work/ moderating from Personal problems. This is really important. A Moderator should be Always neutral when moderating. Also If you have to Deal with someone you hate at your real Life Work you still need to be profesional.
For me being a volunteer Here and for WarThunder opened some doors in my real Life Work.
As exaple: I applied for a Job without Work experience ( I Always went to school and I finished my Finals today finally 
) told some Stuff about me and then I got asked what “Moderator” being listed as Hobby. So I told them that Im a volunteer. They counted it as Work experience. On my Trial days they saw that I was able to Work in a Team much better then other students without any Work experience. For Sure this helped me because Im still a Student.
If Its worth you have to decide If you want Spend some of your freetime enforcing the Rule for the Game you want to Support. Also you May get compensation for your Work. Not really Money but other Stuff.

I have a special attachment to this game and am curious about the moderator profession, however, I have other job that prevent me from performing moderator duties in a responsible and full time capacity. Also, I have a history of using strong word on this forum several times, which makes me unsuitable for a moderator. So I will not apply.
This game is not perfect, but I have a lot of respect for the development team and the moderator team who are trying to make it a better game and community. I know it is a tough job, but good luck to those who apply.
