Those are in War Thunder but Japan doesn’t have it in War Thunder.
i am pretty sure it existed in WT but after certain update most low BR tank lost their HE. Now a weird case is the Semovente that lacks HE in Enlisted.

That update was before the introduction of Japan tech tree in War Thunder, so Japan didn’t get it.
There is no HE in the Stuart series either.
Only the German 37mm has HE.
Really? i thought the 37mm lost its HE with the rest of the other low tiers the last time they did the penetrations formula rework, i think it was around they removed the Ha-Go and made the Ke-Ni the reserve tank.
Yeah that’s correct, they removed HE when they reworked post pen damage for solid shot shells.
well tbh 37mm HE shells were almost no different than AP shells. they more or less required direct hit and in extremely low number of cases they actually killed someone else besides the target you were aiming for.
Nope, the 2 updates are 3 years apart.
You should at least try to find information to verify when other people have different opinion.
