Isn’t it normal to change it to the corresponding ability level?

Same thing here, don’t use exploits and you won’t have to deal with your soldier stats being randomized.

Isn’t it even more strange that they left it for more than two years and are now calling it abusing?
To be honest, I drew all the normal soldiers before the patch, so I don’t care if the Dutch soldiers get reset.
However, it is true that the conversion method is wrong.
