Because most war game with tech trees with truncated trees cut the lower levels not the higher ones. So we are more likely to loose br1 2 then 4 5 in a faction. Also we have 4 factions two axis two allies. So maybe if italy was a faction, nah contenting content especially paid would never happen.

What ? There are already BR5 weapons in game that currently belongs to the UK (Event Vickers MG, BP bren with 100 rounds, premium firefly tank, premium flamethrower squad) and to Italy (Breda PG CR (the 4 round burst one), premium flamethrower squad)
I have no idea how you want to restrict Italy and UK to BR4 max even though they already have BR5 stuff in the game.
Japan being limited to BR4 until they got the Hei rifle was terrible.
Many people were just overstacking the japanese faction, no one played BR4 USA. So japan was overdominant with onesided BR4 Japan vs BR3 USA. Like everyone playing USA was using BR5 lineup to avoid fighting the japanese.
These weapons face German Tiger King H at 5BR, they are feeble to fight. Don’t you think that these superior teams have no one to buy because of these. This is also one of the reasons why DF dont know how to make money, as I mentioned.

And it’s not a forced move to remove all British TTs, because the British 5BR will only become an awkward presence like the Japanese 5BR at most, so only 4BR will be retained and some weak 5BR will be reduced to 4BR.
I’m just bouncing along reading, but in reality there really isn’t a BR4 since most likely, they play BR5. I personally don’t care what the player numbers are since we as players can’t change it, NTM DF doesn’t listen to us anyway. IMOP a lot can be gained by making BR5 a BR by itself Battle rating. Not many BR4 weapons are going to be used over BR5, so BR4 is a wasted dead BR level IMOP, and there absolutely should never be any faction uptiered two BR levels. If there aren’t enough players, so be it as this is probably as good player numbers as DF is going to get, so DF might consider building better bots. 
Off subject, but if DF wants to entice older players into coming back, or not to leave, they might want to reevaluate their decision to NOT release all the old squads that the player base has been requesting since Moses parted the Red sea. Give people what they want, or suffer the consequences. I managed a car dealership for 15 years in the US, and if I did not give the people what they wanted, they shopped somewhere else.

There is no somewhere else, no not even hell let loose, squad based is enlisted trump card. If lone fighter was the primary game play or it lacked vehicles it would have real competition. But enlisted is more a squad shooter despite how bad bots are
If you are not playing for the squad you are right enlisted is dead and you might as well play another better game.
I suppose it is just naivety in believing that these nations will get a separate TT.
Which is not going to happen.

All I was asking for were numbers, but you don’t have any real number, just some weird measurement that is not scientific. Deal with it if the numbers don’t correspond to your weird alternate reality.
Then it is your ignorance to accept that Japan’s current BR5 flaws are tanks, launchers and attacker planes, and two of them are easily fixable.
Okay, let’s first take a look at how we will strengthen the Japanese 5BR, whether it will be importing German weapons, or using blueprints, or directly strengthening existing weapons.
Then, we should see whether this match in the Pacific could return to normal
In “Thunder of War”, there are plenty of planes left, both attackers and fighters that can be simply added to Japan. And either remove carrier launch or adjust air spawns to balance it out.
There are also multiple launcher options such as a 220mm GL that is referred to in the forum as well as an improved version of the Type 4 with improved penetration.
The only issue remains with tanks, but that cannot be changed because all Japanese tanks share the same design flaws, which are still durable.
